Account Information
When you register for our Services, we collect your email address, Telegram username, first name, last name (all publicly accessible at t.me/username), and any other contact details you provide.
Communication Data from Telegram
We collect messages, conversations, and other content you share through our Services, including communications with your contacts via our Telegram bot. You can toggle on/off chat access on a chat-by-chat basis, giving you granular control over what data we can access. Important: During our alpha phase, we are not currently processing message contents or videos, but plan to roll out these features with your explicit consent.
Payment Information
For our off-the-shelf solutions like MILO, payment information is collected and managed by Stripe. Through Stripe's data collection methods, we collect names, phone numbers, business name/ID for invoicing, address for chargebacks, and session information at checkout. Vault Opt-in Data
Information you voluntarily upload to our vault system, including Telegram exports, uploaded files, and other data you choose to share for enhanced analysis. This data is currently only available through our white-glove services. This data remains under your control and can be deleted at any time.
Usage Data
Information about how you use our Services, including features you use, actions you take, time spent on our Services, and notification preferences.
Technical Data
This is only collected by our white-glove applications. We do not nor are we able to extract technical information (IP address, device information, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system) from our Telegram service. 4. Alpha Phase Data Access
Important Alpha Notice: During our alpha and beta phases, we have read/write abilities that are fine-grain controlled by you. This means:

Future Changes: These fine-grained controls will be maintained in the future, but our reading abilities of message data will be dropped. This ensures continued privacy protection while maintaining the functionality you need.
User Responsibility: You are wholly liable for your actions on Telegram. We do not support or condone illegal activities, and users are responsible for ensuring their use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
This fine-grained control system ensures that even during our experimental phase, your privacy and data sovereignty remain paramount.

- Encrypted Content Layer: Future implementation will prevent us from reading message contents while retaining lightweight analytics
- Zero-Knowledge Mode: Advanced clients can run private encrypted nodes with zero-knowledge architecture
